Returns & Exchanges:
Because each item is handmade with care, all sales are final. However, your happiness matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.
 
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We’ll replace any item that:
  • Was broken in transit (please include a photo of the damage and packaging)
     
  • Was the wrong product or scent
     
To request a replacement, email us at springwoodstation@comcast.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We'll respond within 2 business days.
 
Scent Preference Note:
Scent is deeply personal! We do our best to describe fragrances clearly. Because of this, we cannot accept returns based on scent preference
